According to the FAO (The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations) some 75 percent of plant genetic diversity has been lost between 1900 and 2000. Thus, more than 90% of the variety of cabbage, peas and corn cultivated in the 19th century have been lost in the United States.
Therefore, our association focuses on old varieties as diversified as possible in order to contribute to the preservation of our living heritage.
In order to reduce the waste produced by our activity, we use recycled jars for the sale of our processed products, carefully cleaned and sterilized before reuse.
Thank you to return them when these containers will be empty (no refund of the jar applied in the sale price to date).
